Royal Johannesburg has sold portions of land to a developer who is developing upscale townhouse complexes and a retirement complex. These impact directly on Sydenham and Sandringham. affecting our roads, traffic load, electrical and water infrastructure, sewerage and storm water drainage.
The SRAJ has approached the developers, along with a number of objectors, to ascertain the impact on our area and raise concerns where required.
